With the aim of providing the professional training and development program, Frontline Consult P Ltd is pleased to announce the Online Professional Development Course on Innovation in Corporate Culture – How to lead change in a VUCA Environment to be delivered and certified by Asian Institute of Management, Bangkok, Thailand.
OBJECTIVES:
The Global pandemic of 2019 has opened the pandora’s box of economic uncertainties to a new height. Such a dynamic and fast-changing global environment is bring described as the VUCA world by many economic and political observers. Today, business leadership in a VUCA world requires a unique set of capabilities, with the ability to innovate rapidly and adopt new methods, processes and technology quickly.
