Job Description
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Address client issues and provide solutions.
- Prepare and present client activity reports.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather and act on client feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor completed
- More Than 5 years in Advertising Agency, 2 Years in Managerial Position
- Should be able to handle multiple clients independently & lead the team of 3-4 personnel
- Should be well versed in Digital Media Marketing as well.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
