Job Description
- Lead and manage HR operations within the factory, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate with plant management to align HR strategies with business and production objectives.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to improve workforce productivity.
- Maintain positive industrial relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Support management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices within the factory.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to workforce performance and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
- Experience managing factory HR operations and workforce management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with business leaders and plant management teams.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
