Job Description

  • Lead and manage HR operations within the factory, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate with plant management to align HR strategies with business and production objectives.
  • Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to improve workforce productivity.
  • Maintain positive industrial relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Support management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices within the factory.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to workforce performance and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
  • Experience managing factory HR operations and workforce management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work closely with business leaders and plant management teams.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
