Job Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal documents including employment contracts, NDAs, lease agreements, B2B agreements, investment documents, notices, and reports.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including Minutes Books, Shareholders' Registers, Directors' Registers, Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and other statutory documents.
  • Ensure timely filing, registration, renewals, licensing, and regulatory submissions with the Office of Company Registrar (OCR) and other relevant government authorities.
  • Conduct labor audits and monitor compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and internal procedures.
  • Manage legal disputes, arbitration matters, and court cases by coordinating with external legal counsels and preparing required legal documentation.
  • Review legal notices, assist in dispute resolution, and recommend appropriate legal actions.
  • Liaise with government offices, regulatory bodies, law firms, and external stakeholders to obtain approvals, legal support, and ensure compliance.
  • Provide legal opinions and practical advice to management regarding statutory, contractual, and business-related matters.
  • Identify potential legal risks and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, External Affairs, Legal Affairs, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience handling statutory filings, corporate governance, and legal documentation.
  • Familiarity with arbitration processes, litigation management, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
