Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within infrastructure, construction, and project sectors.
- Promote and sell GI Wire, Gabion Boxes, and related products to contractors, consultants, project developers, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify upcoming projects and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project sales of GI wire, gabion boxes, steel products, or construction materials is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of project sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits as required.
