Job Description
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Monitor and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items.
- Handle office administration and support daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Administration, Executive Assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Good multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills.
