Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain customer service reports and documentation.
  • Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
