Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Prepare and maintain customer service reports and documentation.
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role.
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
