Job Description
- Provide support to third-party vendors and sellers regarding operational concerns.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and seller satisfaction.
- Monitor and follow up on pending cases and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Assist in improving customer and seller experience through effective support.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: +2 completed; Bachelor's degree running preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a valid bike and driving license will be given preference.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
