Job Description

  • Provide support to third-party vendors and sellers regarding operational concerns.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and seller satisfaction.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending cases and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Assist in improving customer and seller experience through effective support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: +2 completed; Bachelor's degree running preferred.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior customer service experience will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with a valid bike and driving license will be given preference.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
