Job Description
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain guest records and update relevant information in the system.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in check-in and check-out procedures when required.
- Maintain a presentable front desk and reception area.
- Follow company policies and service protocols.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, BHM, or related field.
- Flight attendant training background may also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English (local language is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; PMS knowledge is a plus).
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fresher and experienced candidates from hospitality background are encouraged to apply.
