Job Description

Greet and assist guests warmly
• Handle reservations, feedback, and basic coordination
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain front desk records and communication

Job Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; local language is a plus).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Presentable personality and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / PMS knowledge is a plus).
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
