Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Maintain strong communication with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain records of guest interactions and feedback
- Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all guests
- Support front desk and customer service operations as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Air Hostess / Hospitality or related field preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service (freshers can apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality with a well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
