Job Description

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
  • Maintain guest records and update relevant information in the system.
  • Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in check-in and check-out procedures when required.
  • Maintain a presentable front desk and reception area.
  • Follow company policies and service protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, BHM, or related field.
  • Flight attendant training background may also apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (local language is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; PMS knowledge is a plus).
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates from hospitality background are encouraged to apply.
