Spare Parts Executive

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day spare parts operations and counter sales
• Identify, issue, and receive four-wheeler spare parts accurately
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock levels
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for parts requirements
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts to avoid service delays
• Handle spare parts billing and documentation
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of spare parts
• Assist in stock audits and reporting

Job Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (Management or Technical background preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile spare parts handling
• Sound knowledge of four-wheeler spare parts
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, billing/inventory software)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage stock efficiently
