Job Requirements

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a professional attitude
- Passion for cars with a good understanding of automobile products
- Skilled in shooting and editing videos (mobile or basic tools acceptable)
- Comfortable using social media platforms for customer engagement
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
