Job Description
- Plan and execute brand marketing strategies in line with company objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging across ATL and BTL channels
- Manage marketing campaigns across various media and channel partners
- Communicate marketing plans clearly to ensure internal alignment and understanding
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze marketing campaign performance and effectiveness
- Assist in marketing budget planning, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain and manage internal systems for initiating and closing marketing activities
- Utilize knowledge of digital marketing and social media platform algorithms to improve campaign reach and engagement
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support marketing decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to ATL and BTL activities
- Strong understanding of brand marketing principles
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and market trends
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
- Highly dedicated, motivated, and detail-oriented
