Job Description

  • Plan and execute brand marketing strategies in line with company objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging across ATL and BTL channels
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various media and channel partners
  • Communicate marketing plans clearly to ensure internal alignment and understanding
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze marketing campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Assist in marketing budget planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain and manage internal systems for initiating and closing marketing activities
  • Utilize knowledge of digital marketing and social media platform algorithms to improve campaign reach and engagement
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support marketing decisions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to ATL and BTL activities
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing principles
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
  • Highly dedicated, motivated, and detail-oriented
