Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk communications
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
- Prepare basic reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk management or related role
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
- Confident, organized, and client-focused personality
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
