Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead and manage brand positioning, brand communication, and brand identity initiatives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media marketing, and online brand presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for marketing activities.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong experience in brand building, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Experience in the automobile or related industry will be an added advantage.
