Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Lead and manage brand positioning, brand communication, and brand identity initiatives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media marketing, and online brand presence.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for marketing activities.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong experience in brand building, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management abilities.
  • Experience in the automobile or related industry will be an added advantage.
