Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk and reception team.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, and visitor management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by assisting patients and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Monitor front office activities to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with organizational policies.
- Handle patient concerns, complaints, and escalations in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative departments for seamless patient service.
- Prepare front office reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to improve service quality and performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Front Office Management within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
