Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk and reception team.
  • Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, and visitor management.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by assisting patients and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Monitor front office activities to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Handle patient concerns, complaints, and escalations in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative departments for seamless patient service.
  • Prepare front office reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to improve service quality and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Front Office Management within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
