Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Monitor business performance and generate reports on sales activities, revenue growth, and market developments.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field or Master's Degree will be preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Development within the healthcare industry or a related field.
  • Strong network and in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
