Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services.
- Monitor business performance and generate reports on sales activities, revenue growth, and market developments.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field or Master's Degree will be preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Development within the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Strong network and in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
