Job Description
- Assist customers in the showroom with product selection and purchasing decisions.
- Provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Support daily sales operations and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain product display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions and ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements
- +2 completed or Diploma in Air Hostess/related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or customer service (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Must be presentable with a professional appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English speaking ability is required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of customer handling and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with good time management skills.
