Job Description
- Promote and sell the company's automobile products to prospective customers.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through regular market visits and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and sales events as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Running or Completed) in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automobile sales or a related sales role.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of the local market and automobile industry will be an added advantage.
