Sales Promoter

Job Description

• Promote and sell home appliance products within retail outlets and showrooms.
• Welcome customers and provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Demonstrate products to customers and explain their usage and advantages.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant personnel when replenishment is required.
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with supervisors.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor products, and industry trends.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• Intermediate (+2) completed or Bachelor's degree running.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in indoor sales, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or consumer durable products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Basic understanding of retail sales processes.
• Ability to work under sales targets and performance expectations.
• Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
