Job Description
- Assist the sales team in daily sales operations and customer support activities.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and direct communication professionally.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and maintain proper sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and client follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer records, product information, and price lists.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and service updates.
- Support sales campaigns, meetings, presentations, and promotional activities to help achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate (+2) completed; Bachelor’s degree running or completed will be preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, administration, or related fields preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under deadlines.
