Job Description
- Visit general stores, liquor shops, and other retail outlets to promote and sell FMCG products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure product visibility and availability at retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback and share competitor insights with the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the distribution and sales teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification of +2 (Intermediate) preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
- Honest, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
