Job Description
- Identify and onboard new retail stores and business outlets within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell company products to retailers and distributors.
- Increase product range availability and visibility in existing stores through effective range selling.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Collect market information and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Report daily sales and market activities to the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- SLC/SEE, Intermediate (+2), or equivalent qualification completed.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in FMCG sales or any sales-related field will have an added advantage.
- Must possess a smartphone for reporting and communication purposes.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned market area.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
