Sales Officer

Job Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Ensure product availability, stock management, and market coverage
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities
• Implement promotional activities and support trade marketing initiatives
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
• Collect orders and coordinate with the supply chain team
• Maintain daily sales reports and field updates

Job Requirements

• Bachelor running or completed (Business/Management preferred)
• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of local market and customer handling
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Must have a valid bike license and own vehicle (bike)
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
