Service Advisor

Job Description

• Receive and attend customers regarding service and maintenance requirements.
• Diagnose customer concerns and communicate them effectively to technicians.
• Prepare job cards, service estimates, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
• Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Conduct vehicle/equipment handover after service completion.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service records.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Promote service packages, spare parts, and maintenance contracts when applicable.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the automobile, heavy equipment, or mechanical field are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of automobile or heavy equipment systems and maintenance processes.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
