Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update information in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing customer service reports and maintaining documentation.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree running (BBS, BBA, BBM, or related field).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
