Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing customer service reports and maintaining documentation.
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree running (BBS, BBA, BBM, or related field).
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
