Job Description
- Monitor systems, CCTV, and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify, record, and report operational issues, irregularities, and technical concerns in real time.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalate urgent matters when required.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide basic support, and maintain professional communication.
- Maintain operational logs, shift reports, and proper documentation of daily activities.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely updates and resolution.
- Ensure operational standards, discipline, and service quality are maintained across locations.
Job Requirements
- +2 / Higher Secondary Education completed; Bachelor’s degree running will be preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, monitoring, customer service, coordination, or related fields.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital systems and monitoring tools.
- Strong observation skills with good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Comfortable working in 12-hour rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.
