Job Description
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ATL, BTL, TTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, online advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Design and execute promotional activities, events, partnerships, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and hospitality industry developments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the Hospitality Industry.
- Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, TTL, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Event Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of hospitality branding and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional.
