Job Description

  • Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience at all times.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address guest needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Provide information regarding services, facilities, and promotions.
  • Follow company policies and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in administrative and front-desk-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, guest relations, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be presentable with good grooming and professional etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
