- Assist in administrative and front-desk-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, guest relations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be presentable with good grooming and professional etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
