Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and performance-related documentation.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy implementation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll processing, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Confident, presentable, and capable of working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
