Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely salary administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and performance-related documentation.
  • Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy implementation.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll processing, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Confident, presentable, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
