Job Description

  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records accurately.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial documents.
  • Operate accounting software/ERP systems effectively.
  • Assist in VAT, TDS, SSF, PF/CIT, and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Support daily accounting and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance/accounts.
  • Basic to practical knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of VAT, TDS, SSF, PF/CIT, and compliance procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data.
