Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Handle VAT, Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle loan-related documentation and banking transactions, including LC/TR processes when required.
- Utilize Tally, ERP systems, and other accounting software efficiently.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or banking operations.
- Experience in loan handling, LC/TR, and banking-related financial processes will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, VAT, Taxation, and Audit procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, financial reporting, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
