Job Description
- Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
- Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense recording.
- Prepare and organize finance-related reports and files.
- Perform data entry and update records in ERP systems.
- Assist in administrative tasks, document management, and office coordination.
- Support inventory, procurement, and asset management activities as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance and administrative matters.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and administrative documents.
- Assist senior team members in day-to-day operational activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree running (BBS, BBA, BBM, or related field).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience will have an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial documents.
- Willingness to travel when required.
