Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, shift planning, and attendance.
- Monitor customer service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Supervise outlet staff and provide guidance to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock management activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate records using MS Office applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Outlet Incharge or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of shift management and day-to-day outlet operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
