Job Description
- Coordinate daily activities of project and service teams.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Monitor project and service progress and ensure timely updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and service logs.
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and service-related activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project milestones.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or service management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
