Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of proven managerial experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
