Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and sustainable growth.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of proven managerial experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Sound knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
