Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Job Requirements
- Freshers or 1 year of experience are highly preferred.
- Bachelor's running can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
