Job Description
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Run, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate, track, and nurture leads through digital marketing channels.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and content creators as required.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (freshers with strong digital marketing skills may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Experience with content planning, content calendars, and digital campaign execution.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, and lead generation.
- Creative thinking, time management, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Two-wheeler (bike/scooter) preferred for field visits and coordination work.
