Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Improve website visibility and search rankings through SEO and SEM initiatives.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
