Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all official social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement content strategies tailored to target audiences.
  • Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
  • Plan and execute workshops, events, photowalks, and community engagement activities.
  • Coordinate product and equipment loan programs for partners and creators.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with META Business Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable marketing insights.
  • Interest or knowledge in photography, videography, cameras, and related technology will be an added advantage.
