Job Description
- Manage and oversee all official social media platforms.
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to target audiences.
- Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
- Plan and execute workshops, events, photowalks, and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate product and equipment loan programs for partners and creators.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience with META Business Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable marketing insights.
- Interest or knowledge in photography, videography, cameras, and related technology will be an added advantage.
