Job Description
- Attend customers professionally, identify vehicle issues, and provide appropriate service recommendations.
- Coordinate with workshop and technical teams to ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.
- Prepare service estimates, job cards, and explain repair details, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Monitor service progress and maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality after-sales service and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports related to vehicle servicing activities.
- Support service operations by ensuring compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automobile or automotive service industry.
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and service teams.
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing service documentation and maintaining customer records.
