Job Description
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives and field marketing activities
- Support ATL, BTL, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Coordinate and manage marketing events, exhibitions, and campaign activations
- Conduct market visits, customer engagement, and promotional activities
- Assist in creating marketing materials and coordinating with vendors and agencies
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, including digital and field marketing
- Good understanding of ATL, BTL, and event-based marketing campaigns
- Valid driving license with own two-wheeler or vehicle
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and travel as required
