Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
- Manage product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with sales, digital marketing teams, and external agencies
- Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness (ROI, KPIs)
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
- Identify growth opportunities and drive brand expansion initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in an FMCG company
- Strong understanding of brand management and market dynamics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
