Job Description

  • Manage and execute promotional campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI
  • Coordinate with creative and social media teams for campaign planning and execution
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and media buying
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including KPIs and ROI tracking
  • Collaborate with content and social media teams for targeting and strategy development
  • Identify market trends, insights, and new technologies in digital marketing
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on insights
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an advertising agency
  • Prior experience working with four-wheeler/automobile brands will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization
  • Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Creative thinking and strategic mindset
