Job Description
- Manage and execute promotional campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI
- Coordinate with creative and social media teams for campaign planning and execution
- Monitor social media performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and media buying
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including KPIs and ROI tracking
- Collaborate with content and social media teams for targeting and strategy development
- Identify market trends, insights, and new technologies in digital marketing
- Analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on insights
- Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an advertising agency
- Prior experience working with four-wheeler/automobile brands will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization
- Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Creative thinking and strategic mindset
