Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle servicing
- Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and service reports
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
- Maintain records of service history and customer interactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Freshers Mechanichal Engineering can apply
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle diagnostics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
