Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate service recommendations
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle servicing
Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and service reports
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication
Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
Maintain records of service history and customer interactions

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (preferably automobile service industry)
Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle diagnostics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
