Service Executive

Job Description

• Assemble and service e-rickshaws as per company standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform maintenance and repair of batteries, motors, and related components
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance
• Maintain proper service records and documentation
• Provide on-site service support when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service
• Follow safety standards and technical guidelines

Job Requirements

• +2 Pass with recognized e-rickshaw service training
• Experience relevant to e-rickshaw assembling and servicing
• Hands-on experience with e-rickshaw electrical systems, batteries, motors, and mechanical repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Two-wheeler driving license (preferred for service visits)
• Local candidates will be preferred
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and handle field tasks
