Job Description

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads (SEO & SEM) to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and conversion rates to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, audience segments, and messaging strategies.
  • Implement effective audience segmentation techniques to ensure better targeting and budget optimization.
  • Align paid marketing strategies with user behavior trends to drive growth in Daily Active Users (DAU).
  • Analyze campaign data and performance insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.
  • Track campaign performance, keyword trends, and user engagement patterns to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key insights and improvement areas.
  • Identify gaps in data tracking and contribute to the development of improved dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Develop and execute user engagement strategies, including creating compelling push notification content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as app/experience teams) to ensure alignment in user engagement and communication strategies.
  • Implement initiatives focused on increasing user retention and overall platform engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance campaign tracking and performance measurement systems.
  • Propose and implement strategic improvements to strengthen overall digital marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM & paid advertising
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical & data interpretation skills
  • Good understanding of KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.)
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
