Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments (especially workshop/service team) to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service feedback.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer flow.
- Provide product/service information clearly to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.0
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree running or +2 completed in Management or related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience (up to 1 year) in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of automobile workshop operations and procedures will be an added advantage.
