Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (especially workshop/service team) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service feedback.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer flow.
  • Provide product/service information clearly to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.0

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree running or +2 completed in Management or related field.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience (up to 1 year) in customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of automobile workshop operations and procedures will be an added advantage.
