Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and services in a professional manner. 
  • Actively engage in recovery follow ups & conversion of leads. 
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently,ensuring timely follow-up and closure of all concerns. 
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure quality service. 
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the team. 
  • Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach in all activities. 
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 1-2 years of Experience as Customer Care Representative 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
