Job Description
- Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and services in a professional manner.
- Actively engage in recovery follow ups & conversion of leads.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently,ensuring timely follow-up and closure of all concerns.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure quality service.
- Foster a collaborative culture within the team.
- Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach in all activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of Experience as Customer Care Representative
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
