Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center
- Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requirements
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Explain service procedures, costs, and timelines clearly to customers
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated on service status
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service handling
- Maintain service records, job cards, and customer documentation
- Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and service processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive service or customer service
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and service operations
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
