Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team
- Receive vehicles, understand customer concerns, and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and timelines for repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Update customers on service progress and explain completed work
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service-related queries or complaints
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Promote additional services and value-added products when appropriate
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Automobile or Management preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and service processes
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude
